Without having very strong feelings either way on the subject of Gay marriage,I do have very strong feelings about the Judiciary imposing its will and law on the American people.
The voters of California, in an open and highly legal and disected election, did vote to reject the institution of gay marriage.
Let me repeat. The voters of the State of Californis, have decisively rejected the legalization of Gay marriage. Four California State Judges out of seven(4-3 vote) told the citizens of California to f–k off. They know better than the citizens, what’s good and whats right, and if Californian’s don’t like it. they can lump it.
How did this happen? It sounds very much like Judicial legislation to me. This isn’t consistent with the intention of the Founding Fathers. This is not separation of powers.
